Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain. |

Cook the mushrooms in the oil in a large skillet over high heat, tossing often, until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Toss with the pasta, radicchio, fontina, and mustard. Season with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Serve topped with the chives. |
