Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
12 ounces Milk
8 ounces drained canned mixed Beans
4 ounces Brown Sugar
1 Egg
¾ ounce instant Coffee Granules
¾ ounce Cocoa Powder
½ ounce Cornstarch
¼ ounce Chili Powder
¼ ounce Garam Masala
½ ounce Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

This mole pudding is delicious on some tortillas or over some chicken and rice.

Steps

Done

Place all Ingredients except for butter and vanilla extract in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Transfer mixture to a saucepan on medium heat and cook and stir for 10-15 minutes until thickened.

Remove pan from heat and add butter and vanilla. Stir until sauce is shiny.
