Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Ginger , peeled and minced
4 ounces Shiitake Mushrooms or maitake mushrooms, sliced thin
Sea Salt
Black Pepper , to taste
1 cup chopped Kale
4 cups Miso Broth
½ teaspoon Chili Flakes
1 pack extra-firm Tofu , cut into 1-inch cubes

Press Sauté button at Normal setting. Once pot is hot, add olive oil, garlic, ginger, and mushrooms. Cook for 5–7 minutes, being sure to stir occasionally.

Press Cancel and allow pot to cool for 5 minutes.

Add all remaining ingredients to pot except the tofu. Press High Manual Pressure and cook for 5 minutes. Once done, QPR all pressure. Remove lid, and add in tofu. The tofu will heat up in no time, and then it’s ready to serve!
