Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/350°F/gas 4. |

Start by preparing the pizza base and sauce. Spread the sauce evenly over the base and sprinkle with the grated vegan cheese. |

Add the beans, a tablespoon at a time, and spread them over the pizza. Next, crush the nachos slightly then scatter them over. Top with the jalapeño slices. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. |

Scoop out the avocado flesh and mush it up in a bowl using a fork, then add the chillies. Sprinkle with the salt and lime juice and set aside. |

Once the pizza is cooked, spoon on the avocado, in dollops or spread evenly. Drizzle with vegan mayo or sour cream. Cut into slices and enjoy! |
