Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1/3 ounce Vegetable Oil
2 ounces Onion , finely chopped
½ ounce Cocoa Powder , unsweetened
1 teaspoon Cumin , ground
1 teaspoon Cilantro , dried
1/8 tablespoon dried Garlic , minced
10¾ ounce condensed Tomato soup
4 ounces canned Green Chilli peppers, diced

This simple mole sauce is a quick sauce to make for a quiet family meal. I like to pour this sauce over some shredded chicken or pork with a warmed soft tortilla.

Heat oil in a medium pan on medium heat and sauté onion in the oil until translucent and softened.

Stir in the rest of the Ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes covered. Serve hot.
