To make the DonutsPreheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a donut pan with cooking spray. |

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and ground nutmeg to combine. |

In another medium mixing bowl, whisk the egg, brown sugar, milk, Greek yogurt, melted butter, and vanilla extract to incorporate. |

Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture. Using a rubber spatula, stir to incorporate. The batter will be thick. |

Transfer the batter to a pastry bag and fill each cavity in the donut pan about three-quarters full. You can also simply spoon the donut batter into each donut cavity. |
