4 oz (110 g) toasted Hazelnuts

1 ½ lb (670 g) Green Beans

In a bowl, mix together the butter, lemon zest and juice, sea salt, pepper and hazelnuts until completely combined. This is enough for 2 batches of green beans so keep remainder in ‘fridge. |

Cook the beans in boiling water for 5 – 7 minutes under tender. Drain beans well, return hot beans to the pan and toss well with Lemon Hazelnut Butter. |
