1 pound mined Lamb

8 small corn Tacos

1 Tbsp Garlic

1 Tbsp freshly grated Ginger

Heat olive oil in a deep bottom pan over medium-high flame. Add in garlic paste and ginger. Cook for a minute. |

Then, add in minced lamb, paprika, and salt. Cook until lamb is done and turns brown. |

Once done, remove the pan from heat and let the cooked lamb cool down completely. |

Once cool, put the cooked lamb in a food processor and blend until smooth. |

Transfer the blended pork to a bowl. Add in chopped onion and mix well. Keep aside. |

Heat taco in a pan over medium-high flame until golden. |

Now, place a taco over choosing board and put 1/8 part of minced lamb mix in the centre. Then fold the taco into half. |

Repeat the same procedure and make 8 tacos. |

Once ready, transfer the tacos to a serving platter. Serve with salsa. |
