Directions
King mushrooms might just be the new jackfruit. When you cut them in half you can shred them with a fork and it looks just like jackfruit. You can use your favorite bbq sauce or try my Citrus Rum BBQ Sauce shown. In the South, we eat our bbq topped with coleslaw on lightly toasted buns.

Shred the mushrooms using 2 forks. You can either mash the top or cut them off. Store in the fridge. |

Mix the shredded mushrooms, bbq sauce, and water in your slow cooker. Cook on low 7 to 9 hours. |
