Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain. |

Cook the garlic and ginger in the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Add the broth and chicken and bring to a boil. |

Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes. Shred the chicken and return to the pan. Add the pasta, kimchi, and ½ teaspoon salt. Serve with the snow peas and eggs. |
