½ pound Spaghetti
4 cloves Garlic , sliced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh Ginger
2 tablespoons Canola Oil
6 cups low-sodium Chicken broth
1 pound boneless, skinless Chicken thighs
1 cup sliced Kimchi
Kosher Salt
1 cup Snow Peas , sliced lengthwise, for serving
4 fried Egg , for serving

Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain.

Cook the garlic and ginger in the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Add the broth and chicken and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes. Shred the chicken and return to the pan. Add the pasta, kimchi, and ½ teaspoon salt. Serve with the snow peas and eggs.
