Fill a large saucepan with water, add a pinch of salt and bring to the boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente (see the pasta packet for recommended cooking time). Drain and set aside to cool. To save time, the pasta can be cooked the night before and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. |

To serve, place the beans, tomatoes, olives, onion, garlic, parsley and pasta in a serving bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired, and toss gently to combine. |
