Place the turkey on the bottom of your slow cooker. |

Sprinkle with garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. |

Cover and cook on Low 8 hours or until meat thermometer registers 180°. |

With a slotted spoon, remove turkey pieces from the slow cooker. Stir peanut butter into remaining juices. If the sauce is thicker than you like, stir in ¼–⅓ cup water. |
