This easy sauce can be used as a dipping sauce for Soft-Baked Pretzel Bites or Chicken Tenders and can also be used to make a salad dressing or marinade. If you have a safe off-the-shelf mustard in your pantry, you can use it in place of the homemade version.

Combine the honey and mustard in a working glass or the container for your immersion blender, blender, or food processor. Pulse until the ingredients are combined.

Slowly add the oil and process until creamy. An emulsion will form

Add pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 months.
