In our house, we call these margarita legs because of their salty-sweet flavor. Easy to prepare, they are quintessentially summer. If you grill them on the weekend, they make a fast, kid-approved dinner during the week. Serve hot or cold.

Preheat an outdoor grill. |

Remove the drumsticks from the marinade (discard the marinade), arrange the drumsticks on the grill over a medium flame, and cook for 15 minutes, rotating the drumsticks every 3 minutes or so, until 165°F and juices run clear. |

For the Watermelon SaladIn a large bowl, toss the watermelon cubes with the mint and feta. Serve with the chicken. |
