¾ cup (190 ml) semi- Skimmed Milk
50 g low-fat plain Yoghurt
2 teaspoons Honey
¼ teaspoon ground Cinnamon
Ice Cubes

Place the oats, banana, milk, yoghurt, honey, cinnamon and ice cubes in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
