1½ Tablespoons of grated Onion

1½ teaspoons of Lemon Juice

Black Pepper

2½ cups of Chicken

Crepes

For the Topping
-
1 cup of grated Cheddar Cheese

1/3 cup of heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
If you thought crepes could only be made for breakfast, this is a delicious crepe dish that will pleasantly surprise you.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. |

Prepare the filling. In a bowl, add in the condensed cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, heavy whipping cream, powdered curry, grated onion and lemon juice. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper. Stir well to mix. Add in the chopped chicken. Stir well to incorporate. |

Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the filling onto each crepe. Roll tight and place into a baking dish with the seam side facing down. Repeat with the remaining crepes. |

Prepare the topping. In a bowl, add in the grated cheddar cheese and heavy whipping cream. Stir well to mix. Pour over the top of the crepes. |

Place into the oven to bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove and serve immediately. |
