1 teaspoon pure Maple Syrup

1 teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract

10 g flaked Almonds

½ medium Apples

Place the oats, chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla and almonds in a bowl and stir until well combined. |

Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator to soak overnight. |

The next morning, roughly dice the apple. |

To serve, transfer the bircher to a serving bowl or jar and stir through the apple. |
