Directions

Preheat the main oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8” square casserole dish. |

In a bowl whisk the flour with the baking powder and salt. |

In a second bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and melted butter. |

Pour the egg mixture over the flour mixture and beat until incorporated. Stir in the parsley and set to one side. |

Over moderate-high heat, heat a large frying pan or skillet and stir in the beef along with the onion. |
