Directions
If you know you will be riding a roller coaster later, maybe refrain from eating these tacos beforehand. These are delicious, but eating ten of them could make you feel just a little bit iffy.

Preheat the oven to 330°F. |

Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside. |

In a large skillet set over medium heat, drizzle in the canola oil and add the diced onion. Cook until translucent, 3 to 4 minutes. |

Add the ground chuck, garlic, salt, black pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Cook, stirring frequently, until the ground chuck has browned completely, about 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from the heat. |

Place the taco shells on the prepared baking sheet and warm in the oven for 7 minutes. |

Using a small slotted spoon, fill each taco shell with the meat mixture. Add preferred toppings and serve immediately. |
