1 cup of Carrots , grated
1 cup of Zucchini , grated
2 minced Garlic cloves
½ tsp of Black Pepper
Salt , sea or kosher, as desired
2 tsp of Olive Oil
6 slices of artisan Bread , whole-grain
6 Romaine Lettuce leaves
1 sliced Tomato , medium

Zucchinis and carrots make this super burger delicious and juicy. You can enjoy it topped with all your favorite burger trimmings for traditional great taste.

In large sized bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Shape in 6 firm patties.

Cook the patties in a skillet or on outdoor grill on med. heat for 10-12 minutes. There should not be any pink color when you’re done.

As burgers cook, brush the oil on one side of slices of bread. Place in skillet or on griddle till crispy and gold.

Place burgers on buns, along with your favorite condiments. Serve.
