Large handful of Kale , stemmed (½ cup/20 g)
Large handful of Spinach (½ cup/20 g)
¾ cup (180 ml) Designer Cashew Milk
¼ Avocado
4 Ice Cubes
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1½ teaspoons Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 teaspoon Bee Pollen
1 tablespoon filtered Water , to thin, optional
¼ teaspoon Pine Pollen
1 Proviotic , optional

This smoothie is clean and balanced with fiber, antioxidants, a little matcha kick, healthy fats, and minerals. Matcha’s caffeine high and subsequent decline is much smoother than the typical coffee-induced caffeine spike that precedes a sharper decline. When you have a smoothie full of healthy fats like this, it is best keep the sugar low for balanced insulin and digestion.
