Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 tablespoons Walnut Oil
2 Shallots , minced
2 cloves Garlic , minced
1½ cups Vegetable Broth
¾ cup Millet
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
½ cup fresh Peas
⅓ cup fresh Spearmint , chopped
1 tablespoon Bragg’s Liquid Aminos , or to taste
½ cup Parsley leaves, for garnish
½ teaspoon Paprika , for garnish

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and sauté shallots and garlic for 3 minutes until tender.

Add vegetable broth, millet, chia seeds, peas, and spearmint and simmer over low heat for about 15 – 20 minutes, or until water is absorbed and millet is tender.

Remove from heat and stir in Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
