1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

½ cup fresh Peas

⅓ cup fresh Spearmint

1 tablespoon Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and sauté shallots and garlic for 3 minutes until tender. |

Add vegetable broth, millet, chia seeds, peas, and spearmint and simmer over low heat for about 15 – 20 minutes, or until water is absorbed and millet is tender. |

Remove from heat and stir in Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. Garnish with parsley and paprika. |
