2 cups of Black Sesame Seeds

½ cup Sunflower Seeds

1 cup soaked and peeled Almonds

½ cup Raisins

Pinch of Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Salt

2 tbsp Coconut Oil

4 tbsp Coconut Nectar

½ cup fresh shredded Coconut

1 tsp Psyllium

1 tbsp ground Flax Seeds

In a food processor put the raisins and process into small pieces. |

Do the same with the almonds and pulse 3-4 times. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse 3-4 more times. |

Move the mixture into a glass bowl and add a little water. |

Apply on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 30 hours or more. Keep it in an air sealed bag. |
