1⁄3 cup uncooked Brown Rice

¼ tsp Salt

½ cup Raisins

¼ cup chopped Nuts

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

½ tsp ground Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Wash the quinoa, millet, and brown rice and rinse well. |

Place the grains, water, and salt in a slow cooker. Cook on Low until most of the water has been absorbed, about 3 hours. |

Add dried fruit and any optional ingredients, and cook for 30 minutes more. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water. Serve hot or cold. |
