1 medium Yellow Onion

2 cloves Garlic

1 large Tomato

1 package firm Tofu

½ cup Chickpeas

¼ teaspoon Caraway Seeds

½ teaspoon Hungarian paprika Sea Salt

½ teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper

1 tablespoon Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

¼ cup Tahini

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and sauté onion, shallots, garlic and celery until the onion is translucent. |

Add tomato and vegetable broth and simmer for 15 minutes. |

Add tofu, asparagus, chickpeas, caraway seeds, paprika, salt, and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. |

Add the Bragg’s Liquid Aminos and stir well. Serve with tahini. |
