3⁄4 cup (195 g) Sunflower Butter
2 tablespoons (25 g) Spectrum Organic Shortening
1 teaspoon (2.3 g) ground Cinnamon
7 cups (308 g) Enjoy Life Perky O’s Cereal
1 cup (165 g) packed sulfite-free dried fruit Raisins , apples, cranberries, or a combination)
½ cup (68 g) Sunflower Seeds kernels (optional)
1 cup (175 g) Enjoy Life semi-sweet Chocolate chips

These cookies are easy to make and tasty to eat. No worries, there are really no nuts!

In a microwave-proof bowl, stir together the honey, sunflower butter, shortening, and cinnamon. Microwave on high for about 1½ minutes, or until shortening has melted. Stir until smooth and set aside.

In a large bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Add the honey mixture and stir.

Dampen your hands with water and firmly press mixture into a greased 9-inch (23-cm) baking pan. Freeze for 30 minutes, or until cold and firm. Cut into bars or squares.
