Dehydrate the fresh onion for 14 hours and grind it. Keep aside the sprouts, the red bell pepper and the fresh green onion. |

Remove the avocado kernel and peel the skin. Put in a food processor the rest of the ingredients and process. |

Add water if needed. Pour the soup into a glass bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and serve. |
