Combine the turkey, sage, thyme, and maple syrup; season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Form into eight 2½-inch-thick patties and cook in the oil in a large skillet, turning once, until cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side. |
