2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire

2 green Apples

400 gram tin diced Tomatoes Juice

Add a splash of oil to a pan and lightly brown sausages. Remove, cut into thirds and place in a 4.5 quart camp oven. |

Add garlic, onion and apple to pan and fry for 2-3 minutes or until lightly golden. Add to sausages. |

In a bowl or jug, add diced tomatoes in juice, barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce, stir to combine then pour over sausages. |

Cover and cook on a medium heat for 45 minutes, or until apple is soft and sausages are cooked. Serve with rice or mash. |
