2 tbsp psyllium Psyllium Husk Powder

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. |

In a bowl, combine the coconut, psyllium, cinnamon, turmeric, salt, and the lemon zest and cardamom if using. Add the coconut nectar, eggs and vanilla, and mix well. |

Using a tablespoon, scoop up balls of the dough and drop them onto the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until just slightly golden. |
