8 precooked Sausages

2 large Onion

1 teaspoon hot Curry Powder

1 tablespoon baking Flour

1 cup Beef Broth

3 tablespoon tangy Tomato

Heat oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and cook sausages until brown on all sides. Remove from pan and add onion and cook until soft. |

Stir in curry powder, flour and slowly add stock stirring until mixture boils then reduce heat to low and stir in relish and sausages, add ½ a cup water if needed. |

Cook for a further 5 minutes and add more water if you need to. |
