Creamy and tangy all at once, this citrusy smoothie is as refreshing as the ice pops we loved as kids—but it’s far more nutritious and filling, and, of course, it’s completely sugar free.

Use a coconut milk. In a blender, combine the egg yolks, mascarpone, water, ice, MCT oil, orange zest, cinnamon, and erythritol. Pulse until smooth. Top with whipped cream (if using) and serve. |
