Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly coat 2 large baking sheets with cooking spray. |

Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface. Using your hands, shape dough into a 12 × 9-inch rectangle. |

In a small bowl, combine seeds and salt. |

Brush dough with melted butter, then sprinkle with seed mixture. Use a floured knife or pizza cutter to cut dough crosswise into ¼- to ½-inch-wide strips. Pick up and gently twist each strip, and place on prepared baking sheets. |
