Place the coconut flakes in your food processor or blender.

Process it on high speed, while scraping down the sides with a tamper (you may have to stop and do this manually if you are using a food processor). Process for about a minute at a time, taking breaks as to not overheat the motor. After about 5-10 minutes, you should be left with a smooth, creamy liquid.

Place in a glass jar and keep at room-temperature.
