Preheat the oven to 180°C. |

Brush the pear halves generously with coconut oil and lemon juice. Mix the cinnamon, ginger and salt in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the pears. |

Place the pears, cut-side up, in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until soft. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. |

Drizzle with coconut concentrate and serve immediately. |
