30 g rolled Oats

160 g Raspberries

4 teaspoons Carob Powder

¾ cup (190 ml) semi- Skimmed Milk

50 g low-fat plain Yoghurt

Place the dates in a heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water and leave to soak for 30 minutes to soften. Drain. |

Place the dates, oats and 140 g of the raspberries, carob or cacao powder, milk, yoghurt and ice cubes in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. |

To serve, pour into a glass or shaker and garnish with the remaining raspberries. |
