3 Medjool Dates

2 teaspoons 100% natural Peanut Butter

35 g tinned Chickpeas

4 teaspoons raw Cacao Powder

100 g low-fat plain Yoghurt

1 cup (250 ml) semi- Skimmed Milk

30 g natural Muesli

½ medium Banana

1 tablespoon raw Cacao Nibs
Directions
This recipe is a healthy choc and nut smoothie in a bowl! If you’re not a fan of peanut butter, you can replace with another nut butter of your choice.

In a heatproof bowl, cover the dates with boiling water and leave to soak for 30 minutes to soften. Drain. |

Place the dates, peanut butter, chickpeas, cacao powder, yoghurt and milk in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. |

To serve, pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with the muesli, banana and cacao nibs. |
