2½ tablespoons raw Cacao Powder

½ teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract

1 teaspoon Peppermint

2½ tablespoons pure Maple Syrup

Line a baking tray with baking paper. |

Place the ground almonds, cacao powder, vanilla, peppermint and maple syrup in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined. The mixture should be a little sticky. If it is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of water. |

Scoop out 1 heaped tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball using wet hands. |

Place the balls on the lined baking tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes. |

To serve, lightly dust with extra cacao powder. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. |
