Directions
This vegan breakfast is made with non-dairy milk and dates, blended to create a healthy and creamy meal. There are no grains used, and the dish is flavored with oranges and pomegranates.

To prepare orange topping, place peeled oranges in blender. Pulse till it shows you a thick textured juice. It thickens more when refrigerated. Add 1 tsp. of honey, as desired. |

Pour milk in a medium container and add chia. Refrigerate for four hours or more, or overnight, so pudding will set completely. |

Add chia pudding, cinnamon, dates, cacao and orange zest to food processor. Blend till consistency is smooth. Chill for ½ hour. |

To assemble jars, put ¼ pomegranate seeds as base. Add ½cup chocolate pudding and top with orange sauce. Serve cold. |
