Directions
If you love simple cheeseburgers, then this is the perfect type of burger for you to prepare. Made with a spiced jalapeno mayonnaise, this is a burger that will satisfy all of your spicy cravings.

In a bowl, add in 1 cup of mayonnaise and chopped jalapeno peppers. Stir well to mix. |

In a separate bowl, add in the ground round, Italian turkey sausage, dash of seasoned salt and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Stir well to mix and shape into 4 patties. |

In a skillet set over medium heat, add in the burgers. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on both sides or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and transfer onto a plate. |

In the same skillet, add in the soft butter. Once melted, add in the sliced Portobello mushrooms. Cook for 10 minutes. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper. Remove from heat. |

Place the burger patties onto the hamburger buns. Spread the jalapeno mayo onto the top part of the bun. Top off with the sliced mushrooms. Serve immediately. |
