One 1⁄4- ounce package active dry Yeast

1⁄2 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Honey

2 tablespoons Parsley

1 tablespoon dried crushed Basil

3 Garlic

1⁄2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Combine 1½ cups of the flour, the sesame seeds, yeast, and salt in a large bowl; mix well. |

Heat 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, and the honey in a small saucepan to 120°F. Add the olive oil mixture to the dry ingredients and beat until just moistened. Stir in enough of the remaining flour to form a soft dough. |

Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. |

Grease a 15 × 10- inch baking pan. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Transfer to the baking pan. Press the dough to the edges of the pan. Brush with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle the parsley, basil, and garlic over the dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 40 minutes. |

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the dough with the cheeses. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes longer to melt the cheeses. Cut into 20 strips. |
