1 bunch Swiss Chard , thick stems removed and sliced, leaves chopped (8 cups)
1 small Onion , chopped
2 cloves Garlic , chopped
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
8 large Egg , whisked
1 cup Ricotta
Hot Sauce (optional), for serving

Cook the chard stems, onion, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper in the oil in a medium nonstick ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat until soft, 10 minutes.

Add the chard leaves gradually and cook until wilted, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the eggs. Dollop with the ricotta. Bake at 400°F until just set in the middle, 14 to 16 minutes. Serve with hot sauce (if desired).
