Cut the cantaloupe in quarters. Remove the fruit from the peel, slice into bite-sized pieces, and return to the peel. |

Combine the cherries, lemon extract, almond extract, and tofu in a food processor or blender and purée until smooth. |

Place the cherry cream in a dessert dish and serve with the sliced cantaloupe. Garnish with sliced lemon. |
