Directions
Butaman is very popular in Japan, where buta means pork and man means ban. A secret for success is in using cake flour for the most part of flour. Do not use all purpose flour in place of cake flour.

Preparation of FillingPut all ingredients for filling into a skillet and stir-fry until pork and onion are well done. Adjust the taste by adding soy sauce. |

If no weipa is available. Use 2 chicken bullion plus 1 tablespoon sesami oil. |

Staffing the Filling into Ban and SteamingFlatten a ball of dough on floured board using a rolling pin to a round shape. |

Place 2 tablespoon filling mix at the center of the flattened dough. |

Bring the edges of the dough upward and close the top and put it in the steam cooker. Repeat the same to all the dough balls. |

When dough inflates to 120 % of the original size, start steam-cook at high heat for 30 minutes. |
