Ingredients
-
6 cups fresh Broccoli
-
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
-
½ medium Red Onion
-
1 cup red seedless Grapes
-
½ cup diced fresh Pineapple
-
¼ cup chopped Pecans
-
3 slices of cooked Bacon
-
1 cup Mayonnaise
-
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
-
1 tablespoon Sugar
Directions
I always think of this salad during the summer when I’m planning cookouts, picnics, and camping trips because it is so well loved and can easily be made ahead. But you can of course serve it any time of year. I’ve updated this classic Southern recipe by reducing the amount of sugar in the dressing so there’s just enough to highlight the sweetness of the grapes and pineapple.
