4 slices Bacon (chopped)

2 tsp Canola Oil
4 large Egg
4 English Muffins (split)
1 large Tomato (sliced)

Preheat the grill to moderate-high.

In a bowl, combine the beef with the bacon, salt, and pepper.

Using clean hands, form the beef mixture into 4 (¾” thick patties).

Grill the burgers, until an internal thermometer inserted in the center of the burger, registers 140 degrees F.

Split side facing downwards, grill the muffins until toasted for between 10-12 seconds.

On the stovetop, in a large nonstick frying pan, heat the oil over moderate heat.

One at a time, crack the eggs into the pan and uncovered, and for runny yolks, cook for between 2-3 minutes. Season.
