In a pot, combine the stock with the whole garlic cloves and a sprig of sage, and bring to a boil. Slice the bread thinly, and add to the pot. Cook slowly, stirring, for about 15 minutes. |

At this point, season with salt, and add 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and a couple of tablespoons of parmigiano. Serve warm, drizzled with olive oil and more grated cheese. |
