Crumble Dough
9 oz (250 g) cold Butter
5 oz (150 g) Demerara Sugar
6 oz (175 g) Flour
1 oz (25 g) blue Poppy Seeds
5 oz (150 g) Oatmeal
Filling
1 lb 10 oz (750 g) frozen Blueberries
4 oz (100 g) Sugar
1 oz (25 g) Corn Flour
Vanilla Ice Cream to serve

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/gas 4).

Cube the butter into small pieces and rub together with the demerara sugar and flour until it is a crumbly dough.

Carefully mix in the poppy seeds and oatmeal without breaking the oatmeal too much.

Mix the blueberries with the sugar and corn flour and pour the filling into the bottom of an oven-safe dish.

Sprinkle the crumble dough over the filling and bake the pie until golden in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.

Serve warm with softened vanilla ice cream.
