1 cup ground Flax Seeds

1 cup soaked Black Sesame Seeds

4 small sun-dried Tomatoes

1/3 cup soaked Pumpkin Seeds

1 fresh Tomato

1 big Bell Peppers

½ tsp ground Cumin Seeds

½ tsp ground Coriander Seeds

Pinch of ground Black Pepper

Keep aside the black sesame. Put the rest of the ingredients into a food processor and process well, adding water if needed. |

The mixture must be soft enough to be spread on a dehydrator sheet. |

Place the mixture in a bowl. Add the sesame seeds and stir well. |

Apply on the dehydrator sheet in a thin layer and dehydrate. |

Dehydrate around 6 hours; flip sides in between. |

Cut in round shapes and fold sides in a taco shape and dehydrate for 8 more hours. |
