Ingredients

1 cup ground Flax Seeds
1 cup soaked Black Sesame Seeds
4 small sun-dried Tomatoes
1/3 cup soaked Pumpkin Seeds
1 fresh Tomato chopped
1 big Bell Peppers chopped
½ tsp ground Cumin Seeds
½ tsp ground Coriander Seeds
Pinch of ground Black Pepper
Water as needed
Salt

Mexican tacos to be served with fresh Mexican salad and guacamole sauce.

Steps

Keep aside the black sesame. Put the rest of the ingredients into a food processor and process well, adding water if needed.

The mixture must be soft enough to be spread on a dehydrator sheet.

Place the mixture in a bowl. Add the sesame seeds and stir well.

Apply on the dehydrator sheet in a thin layer and dehydrate.

Dehydrate around 6 hours; flip sides in between.

Cut in round shapes and fold sides in a taco shape and dehydrate for 8 more hours.
