Preheat the oven to 150˚-180˚ Fahrenheit and then coat the pie pan with the butter and leave it in the oven to melt the butter. |

Beat the eggs with the sugar using a hand mixer until the mixture becomes foamy and grows in volume at least two times. |

Add the flour with cocoa powder and beat the eggs mixture for 10 min. more. Then mix in the baking powder, vanilla and stir in the chocolate cubes. |

Place the apples into the pie pan and slightly pour the chocolate and eggs mixture over the apples. |

Place the apple pie into the oven and bake for 1 hour, then melt the dark chocolate on low heat for around 10 min., stirring all the time and after cooling pour it slowly over the apple pie to serve! |
